If you are not happy with your purchase, let us make it right!
If you need to return an item purchased from our online store, please log into your Colorado Co-op account and initiate a return there or you may email coloradocoop@msn.com with the words ONLINE RETURN REQUEST in the subject line within 7 DAYS of receiving your order for a full refund.
Emails will be answered Monday - Friday during business hours. Merchandise must be in its original condition (unworn, unwashed and unaltered) with tags attached.
Sale and clearance items, handbags, jewelry and fragrances are final sale and not returnable.
The Co-op will not accept any returns after 7 days of receipt of orders.
Refunds will be made in the original form of payment.
Original shipping costs are not refundable.
